Rates and payment
$88CAD per hour
Eighty-eight dollars an hour.
The card processing fee is inside that number rather than added at checkout, and there is no GST on top. Eighty-eight dollars is what you pay.
Resilience Therapy is built on data — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, blood work, and the screening scores that go alongside them. That is not a marketing line; it is how the programming decisions actually get made. A framework built on data gets better the more of it there is: patterns that are invisible across five clients are obvious across fifty. The thresholds get sharper, the programming gets more specific, and what starts as an informed judgement becomes a measured one.
Every person who comes in makes the work better for the person who comes in next — and gets the benefit of it themselves as the picture fills in.
Gym membership is separate, and it is not mine
Sessions happen at Shuswap Fitness Club in Scotch Creek. The club’s membership is its own thing — their prices, their hours, their rules, and nothing to do with what I charge.
For membership prices and information, go to shuswapfitnessclub.ca and ask them directly. I do not quote their rates, because they are not mine to quote and they can change without me hearing about it.
Online coaching is priced differently
Everything above is the in-person rate. Remote work is sold in twelve-week blocks rather than by the hour, because the labour is not hourly: a large setup, then the record reviewed as it runs, then the ninety-minute findings session at the end. Twelve weeks is also the point at which the data starts answering things.
| First twelve-week block | $750 |
| Each block after that | $600 |
That works out around fifty dollars a week. What is in each block, who it suits and who it does not, is on the online coaching page — including the plain statement that it is the wrong place to start if you are new to the gym.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 48 hours before a session and there is nothing to pay. Inside 48 hours the session is charged in full, and so is a session you do not turn up for, because that is time I held for you and cannot fill at short notice.
If something serious happens, tell me and we will sort it out.
Stopping a block partway through
A twelve-week block is paid up front. If you need to stop — an injury, a move, work, life — what you have not used becomes a credit toward your next block. No expiry. Pick it up when you are ready.
The credit is worked out by the week, from the week you tell me. Blocks are not refunded in cash, because the setup and the programming happen at the start and cannot be un-done.
If you decide it is not for you inside the first two weeks, before the programme is written, that is different: say so and I will refund it in full. Neither of us wants you carrying a credit for something you do not want.

Online coaching, paid by the block
Remote work is not sold by the hour. Twelve weeks at a time, and what is in each block is on the online coaching page.
First twelve-week block — $750Intake, baseline, tracking set up, your programme written, the block reviewed as it runs, and the ninety-minute findings session at the end.
Each block after that — $600The next twelve weeks, built on what the last block showed. Same review and the same twelve-week findings session; the setup is already done.
Start with the free consultation. Nothing is paid until we both agree remote suits you.
